The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.
Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it;
Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you;
The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

Processing time:
The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.

Shipping time:
The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.

Note: Deliveries might be delayed due to unavoidable conditions, like slower customs clearance procedures or poor weather conditions etc, regarding to those uncontrollable situation, the processing time for a refund/resend will be extended corresponding the delayed days.

Things Need to Notice Before Placing an Order:

Please fill in the detailed and precise delivery information and check to ensure all information is correct. If there is incorrect or vague information, it will take time to contact you to update information, which may cause a delay in shipping.
Receiving time may delay because of customs clearance. Customs may require additional documents and time to clear the package, which may result in delayed shipping.
When the package arrives in the destination country, it will be sent to you by the local post office or a local courier. So the package will be sent to you in your local mailing habits.

About Tax

Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, iSincer cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that lower than the actual product price.
